In this class, we'll focus on dough preparation and pasta shaping techniques culminating in a deliciously necessary noodle experience. Roll up your sleeves and prepare to get ready to make lots of pasta, like tagliatelle, cavatelli, orecchiette, pappardelle, and farfalle.
