Join us for an exceptional culinary experience, where we'll be showcasing a carefully curated selection of sparkling wines from around the world, including Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, and California Sparkling. Each wine will be perfectly paired with mouthwatering bites that highlight the flavors of the corresponding region.
To add an interactive twist, PLAYTE Kitchen's Chef Sandy Sauter will be demonstrating how to create a versatile base sauce and then modify it to change its application and flavor profile, ultimately building four different appetizers that exhibit the diversity and flexibility of one recipe.
